Located southeast of Charlotte, Abbington Grove will provide 48 units of affordable housing in an underserved rural community of North Carolina. Funding by the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency will allow for the construction of 46 units in 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom floor plans furnished with modern Energy Star appliances. On-site amenities will include a fitness center, library, and outdoor recreation areas including a playground. This community will be jointly developed and owned by Rea Ventures Group, LLC, KRP Investments, and Brock Ventures.
