Abbington Willow Lake is an LIHTC-funded development to be located in Lancaster, South Carolina. The project consists of 40 units with one two-story residential building and one three-story residential building containing eight one-bedroom units, 28 two-bedroom units, and four three-bedroom units. The units will be restricted to households earning 50 and 60 percent of AMI. In addition to residential units, the property will include an on-site manager’s office with clubhouse/community room and computer work stations, as well as a central laundry facility and playground.
