Andrews Place is located in Panama City, Florida within Bay County. Phase I of the development was constructed in 2003 and consists of 200 units located in three-story buildings. Andrews Place Phase II was constructed in 2005 and consists of 120 units located in five three-story apartment buildings. Residents from both Phases have access to all common areas and amenities located between the two phases.
